AccessIT Buys Brooklyn 8
BROOKLYN, N.Y. – Access Digital Media, a division of
Access Integrated Technologies Inc. (AccessIT), announced
Dec. 23 that it had signed an agreement to acquire the assets
and businesses of the Pavilion cinema/entertainment complex
in Brooklyn, N.Y.
The Pavilion complex, located in the city’s Park Slope
district, currently houses the Living Room Café, a
nightclub, a full-service restaurant and an 8-plex. A ninth
screen is being added to the 1926 art-deco building.
AccessIT will continue to operate the Pavilion as a functional
multi, while also utilizing the site as a showplace for
demonstrating the company’s integrated digital-cinema solutions to
the movie industry.
